Diversity Rocks Workshops
The mission of our workshops is to strive for everyone at work and in society to feel like they belong. The focus is changing the 'system' one conversation at a time. Our workshops have been designed to stimulate open, honest and brave conversations about diversity. To encourage participants to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
Workshops can be facilitated for corporate, community or educational groups.

Liz Crutchley (she/her)
Liz is the founder and CEO of Orange Orchid, a diversity and inclusion business with a mission for everyone at work and in society to feel like they belong.
A passionate & experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant, Leader and Ally. Liz works with businesses, education and community groups to have very real and honest conversations about diversity, inclusion and belonging. Her main focus is on how behaviour and culture can enable positive change.
